Priority can be given for every ticket so that the managers can assign the support teams accordingly<\/p>\n<p><strong>Creating Support Teams<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to assign tasks to team members, a support team has to be created. We can create this by going to the Configuration -&gt; Support Teams. Now the customers can assign the tickets to the corresponding teams<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ticket Creation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tickets are created by mentioning the category of the ticket and to whom the ticket has to be assigned to. The priority of the ticket can also be marked for every ticket.
