MailChimp is an app in Salesforce which syncs data from Salesforce to MailChimp. It syncs your leads and contacts to MailChimp, so that you can target with the leads\/ contacts with the specialized email content.<\/p>\n

Install MailChimp for Salesforce<\/b><\/p>\n

You need to install the \u2018MailChimp for Salesforce\u2019 app in your Salesforce account. Follow the below steps to install the app.<\/p>\n

    Click the below link navigated to the app \u2018MailChimp for Salesforce\u2019 in Salesforce app exchange.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            In the Approve Third-Party Access pop-up window, check the box \u2018yes, grant access to these third-party web sites\u2019 and click continue<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 After the installation completed you need to connect your MailChimp account to Salesforce.<\/p>\n

            Step 1: Authenticate<\/b><\/p>\n

            Follow the below steps to authenticate.<\/p>\n

                Click the\u00a0App Launcher\u00a0drop-down menu and choose\u00a0MailChimp for Salesforce.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Click the MC setup tab.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Click Login.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                In the pop-up window, click OK and input your MailChimp username and Password and click Log In.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Now you have authenticated MailChimp, you’re ready to set up lead creation.<\/p>\n

                Step 2: Lead Creation<\/b><\/p>\n

                Lead creation allows MailChimp to create Salesforce leads from your MailChimp subscribers who aren’t already Salesforce leads or contacts. To allow MailChimp to create leads, follow these steps.<\/p>\n

                  Step 3: Map Fields<\/b><\/p>\n

                  We need you to map your Salesforce data fields with your MailChimp list fields, so that we can be sure to sync information to the correct place. You can choose to map Salesforce fields to your existing MailChimp lists fields or add additional fields.<\/p>\n

                  To map your fields, follow these steps.<\/p>\n

                    Click the drop-down menus under\u00a0Salesforce Lead\u00a0Field\u00a0and\u00a0Salesforce Contact Field\u00a0to match them to an existing\u00a0MailChimp Field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                    Click\u00a0Save.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Add a New List Field<\/h3>\n

                    If you have a contact or lead field that doesn’t match one of your existing MailChimp fields, you can choose to add a new field to your MailChimp list.<\/p>\n

                    To add a new MailChimp list field, follow these steps.<\/p>\n
