In production process&nbsp;the complete details of items ingredient based on the recipe gets&nbsp;automatically calculated.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create KIT and ingredient items in inventory item master screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now open &#8220;recipe config&#8221; screen where map required ingredients and it&#8217;s details against each KIT items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the kit items and ingredients is created and recipe configuration is done by user then user can proceed the production process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production process is applicable only for the active KIT items which is configured with recipe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Production Plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparing the production plan helps to estimating the number of items which need to be prepared in central kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There should be the production plan screen in central kitchen or warehouse server, which is used for user to create a production plan under production module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In that production plan screen, in production plan date field, choose plan date using the calendar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then in item code field, press enter and select the specific kit item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In item name field, selected item name will be dispalyed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In qty field, enter the production plan qty, i.e estimating the number of kit qty which user planning to prepare at central kitchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In UOM field select the respective UOM of planned kit item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Except KIT items any other type of items are not allowed to display here to make plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Created plan will be open till the production entry is done for whole qty.
