{"id":6636,"date":"2023-01-13T06:14:26","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T06:14:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jaldi.store\/?p=563"},"modified":"2026-03-03T10:08:55","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T10:08:55","slug":"cheque-book-creation-in-retail-pos-accounts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/blogs\/cheque-book-creation-in-retail-pos-accounts\/","title":{"rendered":"Cheque book creation in Retail POS Accounts"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheque book is the master which is used to create a cheque book for the business banking transaction usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business bank name will be created in ledger master with group name bank account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There should be the menu called cheque book creation under master module in accounts and user will go to that screen for cheque book creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In cheque book creation screen, user should select the created bank name and then enter number of leaves in cheque.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also user should enter starting cheque number and then system will auto load the end cheque number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After entering the details, user can save the cheque book by using the function key called &#8220;save&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Created cheque book is used in bank cheque transaction in Payment screens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cheque numbers are auto loaded or selected during the payment entry.
