{"id":6793,"date":"2023-03-03T06:13:27","date_gmt":"2023-03-03T06:13:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jaldi.store\/?p=2280"},"modified":"2026-07-06T11:50:41","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T06:20:41","slug":"online-order-app-in-retail-pos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/blogs\/online-order-app-in-retail-pos\/","title":{"rendered":"Online order app in Retail POS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online order app is used for customer to create a sales order in mobile app from anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the app released by the development team, customer can find your app in play store and app store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They will download and install the application in their mobile phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then customer will open the app and if they are newly using the app, then they need to do registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on register customer, enter the customer name, mobile number and generate the OTP to mobile number and enter the received OTP in app and complete the registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Created customer will added to POS as well if they are new customer to your store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then app lead customer to the item list where customer can see the available products in category wise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer can also search and select the items they wanted to purchase, select the product and enter the qty and click on add to cart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then after selecting all the products go to cart.
