Not Credit Memo is created for these Customer Return exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Validate Original Order<\/strong><br>Validation during Customer Return to not allow the Customer RMA qty to be greater than the Sales Qty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Exchange (Different price)<\/strong><br>Different priced product can be exchanged.
