The Replenish Process<\/strong> refers to automatically or manually restocking inventory<\/strong> for products whose stock levels fall below a predefined threshold. It ensures the right products are available at the right time to avoid stock outs or overstocking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Set minimum stock levels<\/strong> (reorder point) for products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Define replenishment rules<\/strong> (e.g., reorder quantity, max stock)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Trigger automatic or manual Purchase Orders (PO)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Generate Replenishment Reports<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Product master setup must be complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Minimum and reorder quantities should be defined per item<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Suppliers must be mapped to each product<\/li>\n\n\n\n

        • Replenishment quantity = Max Level \u2013 Current Stock (or fixed qty)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Replenish can be based on sales history<\/strong>, lead time<\/strong>, or fixed interval<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
