      • Identify duplicate customers using mobile\/email\/CRM ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Validate with CRM team or customer confirmation (if needed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure no pending transactions are tied to the duplicate account<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Take a backup of customer point records before merging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
