    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • View existing Serial No \/ IMEI details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Update incorrect or missing Serial No \/ IMEI<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save changes with a reason or remark<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • The product must support Serial No \/ IMEI tracking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Sales transaction reference should be available<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User role must have permission to modify serial data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure that the product is not already sold to update<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Validate original vs. new IMEI\/Serial for authenticity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Serial\/IMEI can only be changed After product sale<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • All changes must be logged with timestamp and user ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A valid reason must be provided for every change<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Once updated, the new IMEI\/Serial should not reflect in inventory and billing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
