Organisation<\/strong> Setup<\/strong> means entering and configuring the core company or business details in the system. This setup defines how the company will appear and behave within the software\u2014covering name, address, GST details, financial year, and default settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Update<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Activate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • De-Activate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Collect all legal and financial details (GSTIN, PAN, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Finalize company structure (branches, departments)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Decide on financial year and default currency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Each organization must have a unique GSTIN<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Company details must be entered before other setups (branches, POs, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Financial year cannot be changed mid-period without proper controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Only authorized users can edit organization setup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          User Interface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1 : <\/strong>Select \u2018Branch<\/strong>\u2019 in Menu Branch Configuration -> Branch<\/strong> or Search Branch<\/strong> in Lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
