PayModeWise SS Sync Process<\/strong> refers to syncing sales summary data from the POS or billing system to the Siva Sakthi software, categorized by payment mode<\/strong> (like Cash, Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.). It helps track daily sales based on how the customer paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Sync sales data from POS to central server<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • View and verify sales based on payment modes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure payment reconciliation per mode (Cash vs Card, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Monitor failed or pending sync logs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • POS system must capture payment mode details accurately<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Central sync service should be active<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Network\/Internet connectivity should be stable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Sales should be completed and saved properly in POS<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure payment mode master is configured uniformly across branches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Data must sync per payment mode for each transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate or incomplete sync entries must be flagged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Manual sync should only be allowed for authorized users<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Any sync failures must be logged with error details<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Reconciliation reports must reflect actual payment mode totals<\/li>\n\n\n\n
