Configure the GRN related setup for the branch screen <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Update<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Activate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • De-Activate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • PO Info Setup must be completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Item master and supplier master should be ready<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • GRN format and numbering logic should be finalized<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • GRN must be linked to an approved Purchase Order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Quantity received cannot exceed ordered quantity without alert<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • GRN cannot be edited after approval or inventory update<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Tax and price must be validated during GRN entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate GRNs for same PO and item must be flagged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Inventory gets updated only after GRN confirmation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          User Interface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1 : <\/strong>Select \u2018Branch<\/strong>\u2019 in Menu Branch Configuration -> Branch<\/strong> or Search Branch<\/strong> in Lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2 : <\/strong>Select Organisation Info -> GRN Info <\/strong>Sub Tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3 : <\/strong>Select Check Box based on below user needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Void Invoice on Void GRN<\/strong> – When the Check Box is enabled, If invoice void in AR Invoice the GRN also void in GRN. If unchecked validation not working <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Validate Bill Date<\/strong> – When the Check Box is enabled in the GRN, the bill date will be validated, if Unchecked bill date validation not happen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Is Auto MRP Update<\/strong> – When the Check Box is enabled, auto MRP update in products. If Unchecked auto MRP updates not done<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Receive only PO Lines (HHT)<\/strong> – When the Check Box is enabled, In HHT system allow to choose only PO Products. If Unchecked system allow to choose any products in GRN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Step 4 : <\/strong>Enter the bellow information for Back office Validation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • BO Qty Limit <\/strong>– Enter the Qty Limit for Back office transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Stock Transfer Valid Days <\/strong>– You cannot create a new document before completing the previous stock transfer document validation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Barcode Title <\/strong>– Enter the Barcode title for Barcode Print<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • MRP Margin <\/strong>– Enter the MRP margin to update the Auto MRP Update Process for Non MRP Products (Ex-F&V and Loose Stables)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Approval Email Id <\/strong>– Enter the approval email id to receive the email for Landed cost changed products based on category validation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
