    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Update<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Activate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • De-Activate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Ensure the Master Setup Configuration<\/strong> is already done at HQ level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The user must be a TPT Admin<\/strong> with proper access roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Branch record should already exist in the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • If “Product Approval” is unchecked<\/strong>, new products will not require approval at that branch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If “FTP Process” is unchecked<\/strong>, file transfer processes will be skipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If “eCommerce Integration” is unchecked<\/strong>, product sync to eCommerce sites will be disabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Proper import path must be entered<\/strong> before saving GKM updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • All changes must be saved properly<\/strong> for them to take effect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          User Interface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1 : <\/strong>Select \u2018Branch<\/strong>\u2019 in Menu Branch Configuration -> Branch<\/strong> or Search Branch<\/strong> in Lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2 : <\/strong>Select Organisation Info -> Master <\/strong>Sub Tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3 : <\/strong>Select Check Box based on below user needs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Product Approval<\/strong> – Check to enable new Product Approval required, If Unchecked Product Approval not required <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Enable FTP Process<\/strong> – Check to enable FTP Process, If Unchecked FTP Process not done<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Is eCommerce Integration<\/strong> – Check to enable eCommerce Integration, If Unchecked eCommerce Integration not process<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • GKM Required<\/strong> – Check to enable GKM for Product<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Third Party File Transfer<\/strong> – Check to enable Third Party File Transfer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
