The Selling Price Update<\/strong> process refers to changing or updating the prices at which products are sold, either manually or through bulk import, to reflect new pricing strategies, discounts, or supplier cost changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Update Selling Prices based on parameter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Ensure products are already created in the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Validate cost prices before applying selling prices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Define pricing rules (margin %, rounding, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • New selling price must be higher than cost (based on policy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Price updates should not affect already invoiced transactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Only authorized users can update or approve selling prices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          STEP 4: <\/strong>Once to click the load items to show the products based on selected parameters.To enter the price list,selling margin type,discount & margin in % then to click calculate.Then to select the products to click check box to updated in selected products based on our requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
