    • Enable or schedule sales data sync<\/strong> from branches to server<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Sync B2B orders, dispatches, invoices, returns<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • View sync logs<\/strong> and error reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Siva Sakthi (SS) credentials and API setup must be complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • B2B customers must be properly tagged in the system<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Branch systems must be connected to the internet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Data validation rules must be configured<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Only B2B tagged invoices will be synced<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Data will not sync if mandatory fields (like GST, PAN) are missing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate invoice numbers are not allowed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Sync failures must be logged with error reasons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
