      • Customer must have a valid mobile number<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Points redemption or discount functionality must be enabled<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Admin must have access to OTP settings\/configuration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • OTP must be randomly generated<\/strong> with the defined length<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Minimum length recommended: 4 digits<\/strong>; preferred: 6 digits<\/strong> for better security<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • OTP should be numeric<\/strong> unless alphanumeric is explicitly configured<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The input field must validate the length<\/strong> before submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n
