Creating a new pay mode<\/strong> means adding a new payment option<\/strong> in the system (POS\/ERP) to allow customers to pay through an additional method\u2014like Cash, UPI, Card, Voucher, Gift Cards<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Every pay mode should be uniquely named<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System should not allow duplicate pay modes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Non-cash modes must specify integration settings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          User Interface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1 : <\/strong>Select \u2018Pay Mode\u2019<\/strong> in Menu<\/strong> -> POS Management<\/strong> -> Pay Mode<\/strong> or Search Pay Mode<\/strong> in Lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2<\/strong> : Click the \u2018New Record\u2019 button to create a new Grn Entry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3<\/strong> : Enter the ‘Pay Mode name’ and Choose the Tender Type<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4<\/strong> : Choose the Type and Enter the Print Text<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5<\/strong> : In order to pay with decimals, click the box for Is Decimal Required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
