This feature allows a customer to pay a single bill using multiple payment modes<\/strong> (e.g., Cash + Card, UPI + Wallet, Loyalty Points + Cash). It is also called Split Payment<\/strong> or Multi-Mode Payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Select more than one payment mode for a single invoice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Specify the amount<\/strong> to be collected under each mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Apply loyalty redemption as one mode, and collect the balance via another.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Complete billing only when total paid amount = bill amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • POS must support multi-mode payments<\/strong> configuration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Each payment mode must be defined in Pay Mode Master<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Operator must have permission to select multiple modes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Total of all payment modes must exactly match<\/strong> the invoice amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Payment order priority may apply (e.g., use Loyalty first, then Cash).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Each pay mode should be recorded separately<\/strong> in the transaction log.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Refunds (if needed) must follow original pay mode split or default refund rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • All payment modes used must be printed on the customer bill.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
