EOD (End of Day) Re-Activate Process<\/strong> means reopening or re-enabling a previously closed day\u2019s transactions<\/strong> in the system to allow corrections or adjustments after the day\u2019s official close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Request re-activation<\/strong> of a closed day\u2019s transactions to make necessary corrections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Modify or adjust<\/strong> transactions that were finalized after the day was closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add missing transactions<\/strong> that were not recorded before the EOD close.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Re-run reports or settlements<\/strong> after making corrections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Require authorisation or approval<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • EOD re-activation can only be performed by authorised users<\/strong> (manager or admin).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A valid reason must be documented and approved<\/strong> before re-activating a closed day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Users must re-run settlement and reports<\/strong> after completing necessary corrections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
