    • Retry the API call in case of failure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • CRM loyalty redemption API should be configured and enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Customer must be selected before redemption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

          • If the CRM API call fails:\n
