      • Maintain product master<\/strong> with units and stock control settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Define user roles\/permissions<\/strong> to allow quantity edits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Configure alerts or blocks<\/strong> for quantity violations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Enable audit log to track changes<\/strong> to product quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • If barcode-based, ensure scanning updates quantity<\/strong> automatically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Quantity cannot be set to zero<\/strong> or negative<\/strong> (unless allowed for returns)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Must respect unit of measure<\/strong> (e.g., can\u2019t split a pack unless allowed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • In POS, once bill is confirmed\/printed<\/strong>, quantity cannot be changed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System may auto-adjust stock levels or pricing<\/strong> based on new quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Every quantity change must be logged with user ID and timestamp<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1 :<\/strong> Select \u2018POS\u2019<\/strong> in Menu<\/strong> -> POS Management<\/strong> -> POS<\/strong> or Search POS<\/strong> in Lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
