Additional Bonus Points<\/strong> are extra loyalty points awarded to a customer returns unused F&V carry bags<\/strong> during billing\u2014beyond the regular loyalty scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • If Selected the carry bag option they get the additional bonus points, <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Loyalty program must be active and configured in the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bonus schemes should be defined (product-based, bill-based).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Customer details (loyalty ID) must be captured at billing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Carry bag return policy must be enabled in system settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Separate product code must be available for returnable bags.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bag return reason code setup in system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Only unused and clean<\/strong> bags are accepted for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Carry bags must have been purchased within the same day or within a valid return period<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Bonus points are awarded only once<\/strong> per applicable scheme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Points are non-redeemable immediately<\/strong>\u2014usually redeemable from the next purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1<\/strong>: Only for SS, configure the alert Message in the branch screen<\/p>\n\n\n\n
