    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Ask the customer whether they are bringing their own carry bag<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If customer says NO to store bag<\/strong>, system gives bonus loyalty points<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • System captures this as a “Green Purchase”<\/strong> or Bag Not Taken<\/strong> flag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bonus points are automatically added to the customer’s account during billing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • System should have a carry bag option prompt<\/strong> configured during checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Loyalty program must support bonus point allocation rules<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • POS must be integrated with the loyalty engine or CRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Bonus points are awarded only if carry bag is not selected or purchased<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Points are credited only if customer provides loyalty ID or mobile number<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • One bonus point scheme per bill (not per item).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Can be restricted to certain departments or product categories<\/strong> (e.g., Fruits & Vegetables only).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
