CRM Customer Sync<\/strong> ensures that customer data<\/strong> (name, mobile number, email, purchase history, preferences, etc.) is automatically or manually updated<\/strong> between the POS\/ERP system and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)<\/strong> system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Synchronize new or updated customer records from POS to CRM or vice versa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Resolve duplicate or conflicting records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure loyalty points, communication preferences, and transactions are in sync.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • CRM and POS\/ERP integration must be enabled and configured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Unique identifiers (like Customer ID<\/strong> or Mobile Number<\/strong>) must be standardized across systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Network or API access between CRM and POS systems must be available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1 :<\/strong> Select \u2018CRM Customer Sync’ in Menu<\/strong> -> CRM Integration<\/strong>-> CRM Customer Sync<\/strong>. or Search CRM Customer Sync<\/strong> <\/strong>on Lookup search box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5:<\/strong> Enable CRM Integration in Menu<\/strong> -> Branch -> Organization Info ->Pos Info -> Enable CRM Integration<\/strong>. After Integration check customer sync with crm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
