ALT+P (Get Loyalty Points)<\/strong> allows the user to view the loyalty points earned<\/strong> for the current bill before<\/strong> or after<\/strong> selecting the customer. It helps both customer and cashier know how many points will be added based on the current purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Inform customer of points being earned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Confirm if customer wants to use existing points (if redemption is enabled).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • View point breakup (base points + bonus points, if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Loyalty system must be enabled in the POS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Point calculation rules must be defined:\n
          \n
        • Per \u20b9100 spent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Product-wise or department-wise rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Customer loyalty ID or mobile number must be registered to view actual point allocation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Bonus schemes (like “No Carry Bag” or “High Value Purchase”) must be configured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Business Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • Resumption of connection with CRM, system should show points in CRM not In local <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Due to network issues or stability it display a Pop-up message<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Points will be credited only after billing is completed<\/strong> and payment is made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            User Interface<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Step 1 : <\/strong>Select \u2018POS\u2019<\/strong> in Menu<\/strong> -> POS Management<\/strong> -> POS<\/strong> or Search POS<\/strong> in Lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Step 3:<\/strong> Click F2 button to choose the customer <\/p>\n\n\n\n
