Points Redemption for Customer<\/strong> means allowing a customer to use their accumulated loyalty points to get discounts or rewards when making a purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          User Interface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1<\/strong>: Select ‘Pos‘<\/strong> in Menu-> POS Management -> POS <\/strong>or Search POS in Lookup<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2 : <\/strong>Search Product using Product Code, Product Name, Barcode<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3<\/strong>: Choose the Customer and then Click the OK<\/strong> Button <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4: <\/strong>Click Alt+V <\/strong>Button for use point redemption <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5: <\/strong>Click F5 <\/strong>Button to check the current customer points<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 6:<\/strong> Enter the redemption points amount within the current amount<\/strong> for the bill and press ALT+Enter to continue the process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 7:<\/strong> Click OK <\/strong>button to get the OTP for your registered mobile number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 8:<\/strong> Enter the OTP that you received for your mobile No.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 9:<\/strong> Enter the remaining amount in the paymode and click Ok<\/strong> Button to continue the process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          POINTS REDEMPTION TOKEN PRINT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 10<\/strong>: Redemption will display in the token print<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          REDEEM POINTS ABOVE THE AVAILABLE POINTS FOR CUSTOMER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 11:<\/strong> Enter the redemption points more than the current points and press ALT+Enter to continue the process. It doesn’t allow to continue the process, it display a pop- up Message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          POINTS CALCULATION – SELECT CATEGORY FOR LOYALTY POINTS CALCULATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 12<\/strong>: For LS, Based on the category validation the loyalty points will be calculated<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 13:<\/strong> Redemption points not allowed user to enter the negative points and less than zero points<\/p>\n\n\n\n
