          Step 1 :<\/strong> Select \u2018branch’ in Menu<\/strong> -> Branch Configuration<\/strong>-> Branch<\/strong>. or Search Branch <\/strong>on Lookup search box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2<\/strong>: In CRM API Config Tab :- Configure the CRM API URL , user name and password in the branch screen<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4: <\/strong>View customer sync details in the request data and check the status whether customer sync with CRM or not in customer API Log tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5: <\/strong> If Customer not synch with crm it will display False status. Then check the log file and synch the customer again<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          INVOICE API LOG TAB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 6:<\/strong> View customer Invoice details in the request data and check the status whether customer invoices details sync with CRM or not in the Invoice API Log tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n
