This promotion applies a free item<\/strong> to a bill based on attributes of the items purchased<\/strong> (such as brand, category, design, color<\/strong>, etc.). The entire bill<\/strong> is considered, but the eligibility is filtered<\/strong> by the defined product attributes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Select attribute type<\/strong>: (e.g., Brand = \u201cABC\u201d, Category = \u201cFootwear\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Define a total bill value or quantity condition<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Configure the free item<\/strong> (product and quantity)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Set rules like:\n
        \n
      • Customer Type (Retail, Loyalty, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Valid time and date range<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Applicable branches or channels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Activate and deactivate the promotion when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Product Master must have correct attribute mapping<\/strong> (e.g., every item must have Brand, Category, Design, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Free item must be active and stock available<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • POS should be configured to auto-suggest free item<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Enable Attribute-Based Promotions<\/strong> in the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          BUSINESS RULES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • Promotion applies only if items in bill match defined attributes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • If multiple eligible products exist, total amount\/qty is accumulated<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Free item is automatically added or suggested at billing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Free item cannot be exchanged or returned for money<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Bill must meet both attribute + value\/qty criteria<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • System must validate promo duplication<\/strong> or conflict with other offers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Free item must be of equal or lesser value<\/strong> than defined cap (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
