    • Select product(s), category, brand, or department for promotion<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Define the discounted price<\/strong> or % off<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Set the validity period<\/strong> (start & end date)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Choose which stores or branches<\/strong> the promotion applies to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add remarks or promotion reference name<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      PRE-REQUISITE ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Products must be created and active in Product Master<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Selling price should be available (to apply discount on)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Branch\/Store should be properly mapped<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User should have access rights to create promotions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Promotion rules or approval flow (if needed) should be in place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        BUSINESS RULES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Discount must not exceed predefined limits (set in configuration)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Promotion must have a valid time range<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System should block overlapping promotions (same item\/date)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Price promotion should reflect at POS during billing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Promotion once expired should not auto-extend unless reconfigured<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Promotion should be available in reports\/audit trails<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
