This process is used to re-trigger the synchronisation<\/strong> of Vendor Return data (such as returned goods or rejected items) between the local system and the central server or third-party system when the original sync failed or was incomplete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • View failed or pending Vendor Return<\/strong> records<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select specific records to re-sync<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Monitor the sync status<\/strong> (Success\/Failed\/Processing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Ensure Vendor Return data is entered and saved in the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Verify network connectivity and integration service availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Check for error logs in the initial sync attempt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Only records with sync failed or pending<\/strong> status can be re-synced<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Re-run should maintain original document number and time<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System must log re-sync attempt<\/strong> for audit trail<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If sync fails again, show detailed error for resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n
