The Vendor Return Sync Process<\/strong> ensures that all returned items to vendors<\/strong> (due to damage, expiry, excess, etc.) are digitally updated and synced<\/strong> between local systems (e.g., branch or POS) and the central database or third-party systems (like ERP or inventory software).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Record vendor returns at the branch\/location<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Trigger auto or manual sync<\/strong> to central server\/system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Monitor the sync status<\/strong> (Success, Failed, Pending)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • View synced return entries centrally for stock updates and vendor follow-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Re-run sync if any failure occurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Vendor Return Entry must be saved and approved<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Correct mapping of vendors, products, and UOM in master data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure return reasons and stock adjustments are in place<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Integration service or API must be configured and active<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
