GRN API SS Sync Process<\/strong> means automatically sending and receiving Goods Receipt Note (GRN) data between systems (like POS, ERP, or backend servers) using API. This ensures real-time or scheduled syncing of goods received from vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • GRN creation process must be configured<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • PO and vendor master must be available<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • API credentials and endpoints must be set<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Test API communication between client and server<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Only completed GRNs will be synced<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate GRN numbers must be restricted<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Sync must include GRN number, vendor, date, items, quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Failure logs must be captured for retry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
