Payment Selection<\/strong> is the process of identifying and picking vendor invoices that are due for payment, either automatically<\/strong> by the system or manually<\/strong> by the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Admin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • View list of unpaid vendor invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select invoices to pay (manually or based on due date, amount, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Choose payment method (bank transfer, cash, cheque)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Set payment date and generate payment proposal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Vendor and invoice master data must be available<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bank and payment methods configured<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Access roles defined for payment actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • All invoices should be verified and approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Only verified and approved invoices are eligible<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Payment amount must not exceed outstanding balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate invoice payments should be restricted<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • User authorization is required for final approval<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Once processed, payments are locked for editing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
