Manual Payment Selection<\/strong> refers to the process where the user manually selects due invoices to be paid to vendors, instead of the system auto-selecting them based on predefined rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • View outstanding vendor invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manually choose specific invoices for payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Set payment date, method (e.g., bank, cash), and reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Edit or remove selected invoices before confirmation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Vendor master and invoice entries should be available<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bank accounts and payment methods configured<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User roles and rights defined for payment authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Open payable\/invoices must be posted and verified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Only open and approved invoices can be selected for payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • User must have access rights to perform manual selection<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Payment cannot exceed invoice balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Once confirmed, selection is locked for editing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate payments should be blocked by the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1 : <\/strong>To Select a Branch in Menu.Then to click a Payment Selection(Manual).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2 :<\/strong>To enter the value for Bank account,Vendor,Document type,Payment Rule ,cheque no and then to show the payment details for based on document type then to click the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
