At the End of Day (EOD), all unpaid orders are deleted<\/strong> from the system to keep records clean and prevent pending orders from carrying over to the next day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Review unpaid orders before<\/strong> the EOD process runs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manually follow up with customers to complete payment before EOD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cancel or finalize unpaid orders if allowed before<\/strong> deletion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Generate reports to see unpaid orders pending deletion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Request a hold or exception for specific unpaid orders (if policy allows).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • All unpaid orders must be identified and reviewed before the EOD deletion process begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Unpaid orders will be deleted automatically during the EOD process to prevent carryover to the next day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Users must be notified about unpaid orders before they are deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Exceptions to deletion (e.g., hold orders) must be flagged and approved by management before EOD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The EOD deletion process must be authorised by a manager or designated role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Once deleted, unpaid orders cannot be recovered from the system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
