    • Void a payment before it is finalized or bank processed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reverse a posted payment by creating a corresponding reverse entry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • View history and status of payment transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • The original payment record must exist<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User should have payment\/finance access rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Check if the payment is linked to any invoice or PO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Only authorized users can void\/reverse payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Payment reversal should reference the original transaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Cannot reverse payments from a closed financial period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
