      • Vendor and item master must be maintained<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • PO status should be updated regular<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Report pulls only from approved or valid POs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Cancelled or deleted POs are excluded<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Totals must match the PO records without manual edits<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Filters must be applied accurately to avoid mismatches<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Data must be refreshed before generating the latest report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
