    • Match Items with Purchase Order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Update Received Quantities Automatically<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save or Submit the GRN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Purchase Order (PO) must be created and approved<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items must have barcodes\/QR codes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Supplier must deliver the goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User must have correct device for scanning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • PO items must be available in the system<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User must have required permissions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        BUSINESS RULES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Scanning must match the Purchase Order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Scanned quantity cannot exceed PO quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Each scan updates quantity automatically<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate scans should be detected<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • GRN Scan allowed only for valid POs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Item must have a valid barcode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          USER INTERFACE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Step<\/strong> 1<\/strong>: To click a application on HHT device then to login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2:<\/strong>To click a Logistics Management in Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3:<\/strong>To Click a GRN Scan option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step<\/strong> 5<\/strong>: To enter the values for header tab in GRN Type,Business Partner,Bill number then to save to generate document no automatically.Then to save the GRN header screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 6:<\/strong>To click GRN line option.Then to click new Record option and then to enter the values for Product value,Quantity and Expiry Date.Finally to save the GRN line. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step<\/strong> 7<\/strong>:To click the GRN Scan in Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 8:<\/strong>To check the values from GRN Scan.Once to print the values from HHT to synch the values from GRN Scan and GRN entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
