Stock Transfer Send (HHT) is the process of sending goods\/items from one location\/branch\/warehouse to another using a Handheld Terminal (HHT) device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Create a Stock Transfer Send document<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Scan items to be sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter or confirm quantities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Validate items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Remove or edit scanned items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • HHT Device Should Be Synced<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User Login Must Be Valid<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Source Location Must Be Set<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Stock Must Be Available in the Store<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Transfer Request (if required) Must Be Created<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items Must Have Valid Barcodes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        BUSINESS RULES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Only Available Stock Can Be Sent<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Barcodes Must Match System Records<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • User Must Select the Correct Destination Location<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Item Quantities Must Match Physical Stock<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • No Negative or Zero Quantity Allowed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Document Cannot Be Submitted Without Mandatory Fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          USER INTERFACE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Step<\/strong> 1<\/strong> : To click a application on HHT Device then to login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2:<\/strong> To click a Logistics Management in Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3:<\/strong>To click a Stock Transfer Send -HHT in Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4:<\/strong>To click a create new record option.Then to enter a DC no and to select a Warehouse finally to click a save option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5:<\/strong>Once to save the header tab to generate Document no Automatically.Then to click a Stock transfer Line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 6:<\/strong>To click a create new option.To enter the Product value and to enter the Quantity.Finally to click the save option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 7:<\/strong>Then go to header tab to click Complete process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
