Stock Transfer Receive (HHT)<\/strong> means the process of receiving items in your store<\/strong> that were sent from another store or warehouse, using a Handheld Terminal (HHT)<\/strong> device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Back office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What User Can Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • View the list of incoming stock transfers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Select the transfer they want to receive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Scan items using HHT<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter or confirm quantities received<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save and complete the receiving process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Sending location must complete Stock Transfer Send<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items must be physically shipped to receiving branch<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • HHT device must be synced<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User must be logged in with correct branch\/location<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Transfer document must be in \u201cIn-Transit\u201d status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        BUSINESS RULES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Only \u201cIn-Transit\u201d transfers can be received<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • User must scan items before completing the receiving<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Sent vs Received quantity must be validated<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Only mapped\/barcoded items can be received<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • User must have proper authorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System must update stock immediately after completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          USER INTERFACE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Step<\/strong> 1<\/strong> : To click a application on HHT Device then to login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2:<\/strong> To click a Logistics Management in Menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4:<\/strong>To click a new record option and to enter the Dc no then to click save option.Once the document to save document no will generate automatically.To click a Copy lines Receive option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5:<\/strong> Once to click copy lines from transfer to select a document and then to click ok check box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
