    • View and verify imported data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Identify missing or extra items<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Save and update stock take<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Stock Take Session Must Be Created in the System<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • HHT 2.0 Device Must Have Completed Scanning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • HHT 2.0 Must Sync or Export Data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • User Must Have Proper Access Rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • All Item Barcodes Should Be Mapped Correctly<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • All HHT devices used must complete scanning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Only active stock take sessions can accept imports<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System must validate the HHT session ID \/ file<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate imports must not be allowed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System must generate error log for invalid entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System must not allow negative counted quantities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Partial import can be allowed (based on configuration)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • System must compare counted qty vs system stock<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
