Project phases are not usually created manually from scratch. Instead, they are generated automatically using a project type<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After creating the project header and selecting the appropriate line level<\/strong> (commonly set to Task<\/em>), the user clicks \u2018set project type\u2019<\/strong> and chooses a predefined project type such as construction project<\/em>. When confirmed, iDempiere automatically copies all standard phases<\/strong> defined in the selected project type into the phase tab<\/strong> of the project.
