Physical Inventory Setup<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To begin, you define a Physical Inventory document<\/strong>, selecting the appropriate Warehouse<\/strong>, Movement Date<\/strong>, and Document Type<\/strong>. This document serves as the framework for your stock count. You can also link the count with a Project<\/strong> or Activity<\/strong> if needed for cost tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inventory Count List<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can automatically generate count lines based on the currently stored products in the warehouse. When this option is used, iDempiere retrieves all stocked products for the location and creates count lines for them.
