Checking status from the Purchase Order line<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To review the status, the user opens the Purchase Order<\/strong> window and navigates to the Purchase Order Line<\/strong> section. Each line displays the ordered quantity and the quantity that has already been delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on these values<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • If the received quantity is zero, the Purchase Order line is not delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If the received quantity is greater than zero but less than the ordered quantity, the line is partially delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If the received quantity equals the ordered quantity, the line is fully delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
