It helps users monitor pending order fulfillment, identify outstanding commitments, and track open transactions within a selected business period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report is primarily used by Sales Executives, Purchase Teams, Warehouse Personnel, and Managers to monitor order status and support operational planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The report retrieves order information from the <strong>RV_OrderDetail<\/strong> database view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each record in the report represents a single <strong>order line<\/strong>, not the complete order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales and Purchase Orders are included based on the <strong>IsSOTrx<\/strong> transaction type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The report calculates <strong>Quantity to Deliver<\/strong> as <strong>Ordered Quantity \u2212 Delivered Quantity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The report calculates <strong>Quantity to Invoice<\/strong> as <strong>Ordered Quantity \u2212 Invoiced Quantity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An order line is displayed only if there is a remaining quantity to <strong>deliver<\/strong> or <strong>invoice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order lines with both <strong>QtyToDeliver = 0<\/strong> and <strong>QtyToInvoice = 0<\/strong> are excluded from the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders with <strong>Document Status = Voided (VO)<\/strong> are not included in the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders with <strong>Document Status = Closed (CL)<\/strong> are not included in the report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The report displays only open order lines that satisfy the report parameters and SQL filtering conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Report Parameters<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Open Orders Report \u2013 Parameter Window<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Open Orders Report parameter window allows users to filter open order records before generating the report.
