The Payment Details<\/strong> report provides detailed information about payments and receipts recorded in iDempiere. It displays each payment transaction along with its bank account, business partner, document type, and allocation status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report is mainly used by Finance<\/strong>, Accounts Receivable\/Payable<\/strong>, and Management<\/strong> teams to review payments and receipts, verify bank account activity, and track which payments have been allocated to invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The report retrieves data from the RV_Payment<\/strong> report view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The report combines payment, receipt, bank account, business partner, and document type information into a single report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Each record represents a single payment or receipt transaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Payment amount, discount amount, write-off amount, tax amount, and over\/under amount are automatically sign-adjusted based on transaction type: receipts are shown as positive amounts, while payments are shown as negative amounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The report calculates the allocated amount and available amount for each payment using the payment allocation functions, so users can see how much of a payment has been applied to invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The report includes bank account, business partner, document type, currency, tender type, and document status details for each payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
