It helps finance and sales users review invoice values, discounts, and sales performance for a selected period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report summarizes invoice information by Organization, Sales Representative, Invoice Month, and Sales or Purchase Transaction, making it easier to analyze monthly invoice activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retrieves invoice data from the <strong>RV_C_InvoiceLine<\/strong> view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Groups invoice lines by Client, Organization, Sales Representative, Invoice Month, Sales Transaction, and Currency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invoice Month is derived using the FirstOf(<strong>DateInvoiced<\/strong>,&#8217;MM&#8217;) function.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculates Line Net Amount using the sum of <strong>LineNetAmt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculates Line List Amount using the sum of <strong>LineListAmt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculates Line Limit Amount using the sum of <strong>LineLimitAmt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculates Line Discount Amount using the sum of <strong>LineDiscountAmt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculates <strong>Discount %<\/strong> only when Line List Amount is greater than zero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns Discount % as zero when Line List Amount is zero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculates Line Over Limit Amount using the sum of <strong>LineOverLimitAmt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculates <strong>Over Limit % <\/strong>only when Line Net Amount is greater than zero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns Over Limit % as zero when Line Net Amount is zero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rounds calculated percentages using the invoice
