The created sales rep will be selected during an each sales bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to create a new Sales Representative ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to application path Masters &gt; Partner Management &gt; Business Partner Rules &gt; Sales Rep.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the &#8220;Sales Rep&#8221; menu which is marked in below image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/sr1-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3436\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then in new sales rep creation screen, enter the following details,\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name &#8211; Sales representative name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Department &#8211; Select specific department for sales rep<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emp Code &#8211; Enter specific employee code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales Code &#8211; Enter specific Sales code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address &#8211; Enter full address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile &#8211; Enter mobile number of sales rep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After entering all the above details, click on &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now sales rep will added to the sales rep list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The created sales rep will be selected during the sales bill entry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/sr2-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3437\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to deactivate Sales Rep ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Sales rep you want to deactivate in sales rep master.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a selected check box called &#8220;Active&#8221;, unchecked the tick mark to deactivate the Sales rep.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the existing sales rep is deactivated, then that sales rep will not reflect in any transaction screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/sr3-1024x617.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3438\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sales Rep is the master screen where we can create a sales representative employees.
