GRN Without PO<\/strong> refers to the process of receiving goods directly<\/strong>, without referring to a pre-created Purchase Order. This is usually used for unplanned purchases<\/strong>, emergency items, samples, or internal transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Pre-Requisite Activities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Vendor and item master should be set up<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • GRN number series must be defined<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Users must have the rights to create GRN without PO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Business Rules<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Only authorized users can create GRNs without POs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Such GRNs may require additional approval or tagging<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Items must be validated against the item master<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Duplicate GRNs for same vendor\/date must be flagged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • GRN cannot be canceled after approval unless rejected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          User Interface<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1 : <\/strong>Select \u2018GRN Entry\u2019<\/strong> in Menu<\/strong> -> Logistics Management<\/strong> -> GRN Entry<\/strong> or Search GRN Entry<\/strong> in Lookup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 2 :<\/strong> Click the \u2018New Record\u2019 button to create a new Grn Entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3 : <\/strong>Select vendor in the \u2018Vendor\u2019 field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 4 : <\/strong>In that “Business Partner Info” User need to select the Vendor Name and Click “OK”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 5 :<\/strong> Once Vendor Name added in GRN Entry Tab, User Need to enter the \u2018Bill No\u2019 and ‘Bill Date’ for that particular Invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 6 :<\/strong> Click the “Save” button to save the GRN Document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 7 :<\/strong> Once Save the document, Document No will be generate and GST Number will be appear in the respective field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 8 :<\/strong> User Need to click “New” Button for create New Record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 9 :<\/strong> User can select the product in the \u2018Product\u2019 field by clicking the icon in the right side of the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 10 :<\/strong> User Need to select the Product in “Product Info” Tab. Products will be displayed based on the Vendor. Once user select the product, click OK to continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 11 :<\/strong> The selected Product will shown in the “Product” field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 12 :<\/strong> User need to enter the Qty and Expiry Date of the Product. Then click “save” button to save the line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 13 :<\/strong> If user need to return the product means, Enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • User Can add the TCS Amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • User can add the Bill Disc Amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • User Can add the Freight Charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Once the Freight Charges enter Need click “Update Additional Charges” button to apply product wise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            User need to fill the \u2018TotAmt Pay\u2019 as \u2018Grand Total\u2019 value, \u2018BC Total\u2019 as above \u2018BC Total\u2019 value, \u2018Tax Tot\u2019 as above \u2018Tax Tot\u2019 value and \u2018L.Cost Total\u2019 as above \u2018L.Cost Total\u2019 value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
