{"id":4424,"date":"2023-05-24T09:41:03","date_gmt":"2023-05-24T09:41:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jaldi.store\/?p=4424"},"modified":"2026-07-07T08:05:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T08:05:12","slug":"branch-product-master-in-jaldi-superstore-pos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/branch-product-master-in-jaldi-superstore-pos\/","title":{"rendered":"Branch Product master in iDempiere Retail Superstore POS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the screen which is used to add products for inventory transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let us examine a fictional scenario in that you should create a product in the branch product master called &#8220;Hamam 100gms.&#8221; To learn how to create a product, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add new item in master<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open &#8220;branch product master&#8221; and follow the below shown instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/p1-2-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4425\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/p2-2-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4426\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under Product tab, the field which are in &#8220;Red&#8221; colour are mandatory fields and other details are optional to fill (based on requirement of the item)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the required inputs in <strong>&#8220;Product&#8221; <\/strong>tab and press &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/1_p3-2-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4428\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/p4-1-1024x616.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4429\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Now move to <strong>Barcode tab<\/strong>, and in barcode field, scan or enter the EAN code for POS scanning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We can add multiple EAN code (barcode) for one specific product. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note : We cannot add same EAN code again for same or different product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/p5-2-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4430\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then go to <strong>Purchasing<\/strong> tab, Select required vendor name (from which vendor the creating product is going to get purchased) in vendor name field and click save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We can add multiple vendor name for one specific product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/p6-2-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4431\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then move to Replenish tab, In this screen, select the replenish type (Reorder below minimum level).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also enter Minimum level and reorder level. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replenish data will be used to create a replenishment PO automatically without manual work based on current  stock, minimum level stock and reorder level stock. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tenthplanet.in\/idempiere\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/2025\/06\/p7-2-1024x615.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4432\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uses of Other Branch product master tabs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transactions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Transaction screen, User can find the transaction entries details of each products.
